This briefing paper considers how disabled people will be affected by the BIS consultation New Challenges New Chances: Next Steps in Implementing the Further Education Reform Programme and includes an overview of DA’s initial response. DA will embark on a detailed analysis including consulting with disabled learners and FE providers during September 2011 which will inform our final response to BIS.
