Disability Alliance vacancies - £27,945 - £29,575 p.a. (depending on experience)

You’ll provide high quality telephone and email advice to people with disabilities or health conditions. In this role you will undertake in depth, better-off calculations and provide related advice on tax credits, welfare benefits and related in-work support.
You must have an outstanding, in-depth understanding of the benefits system, as well as experience of providing a related advice service. You must be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
