Homecare service charges: maximum rates to disappear?

Disability Alliance research of 15 England councils for the Coalition on Charging reveals: massive increases in costs for hourly homecare charges; weekly maximum payments being raised or lifted altogether; and many councils neglecting to assess disabled people’s essential Disability Related Expenditure.
