One of the main concerns for people who claim incapacity or disability benefits is how their benefits will be affected by study.
This course is suited to anyone providing advice or support to students in higher education eg disability workers, Student Services staff and advice agencies.
It provides practical ways to help students protect their benefit rights and maximise their entitlement.

Note: Our course which was to have been held in London on Wednesday 19th May 2010 has now been cancelled.

Pre-training papers, including venue details, will be issued 7-14 days before the event.
Cancellations will be accepted up to five working days before the course, less a 10% admin charge. After this point, no refunds can be given but a replacement delegate may be sent.
If you have any disability related needs to enable you to participate in this course, please let us know. All our training venues are accessible to wheelchair users.
Disability Alliance will supply all signers, personal assistants and facilitators who attend with course participants with a copy of course materials and refreshments free of charge. We are unable to provide or pay for BSL interpreters on our training courses but you can hire sign language interpreters through RNID.
