Scope is to close DIAL UK within one month. DIAL UK merged with Scope in 2008. The organisation supported a a network of about 120 local DIALs (disability information and advice services).
According to the an article provided by www.indi.org.uk Scope says that it wants to improve support to members of the network of local DIAL (Disability Information and Advice Line) services by employing four new regional support workers as part of its own Scope Response information service.
All the staff at DIAL UK have been made redundant.
