Briefings, factsheets, reports and responses

Most of the current briefings are available to download by clicking on the links below. 

• briefings - Information about topical social security issues of particular interest to advisers and professionals.
• digests of commissioner's decisions and case law - Useful summaries of past commissioners and court decisions
• digests of acts and regulations - Summaries of key acts and information about regulations that have been passed since April 2003.
• factsheets - Practical information about benefits for claimants and advisers.
• members update archive - Regular updates of changes to legislation throughout the year.
• reports - Reports commissioned by Disability Alliance or other organisations.
• responses - Our responses to Government and other consultations on proposed changes to social security provision, which will be most useful to policy advisers, MPs and journalists.
