Commission for Social Care Inspection 2004 star ratings publishedThe Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) has published its 2004 star ratings analysis of state-funded social care in England. All Councils get a rating of from zero to three stars based on four judgments:
Children services
1) serving people well, and 2) capacity for improvement
Adult Services
1) serving people well, and 2) capacity for improvement
